Building service technical coordinator

A Hungarian-owned company with a long history dealing with building service engineering and technical operation is looking for an experienced, reliable technical coordinator for long-term employment with immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • managing the daily operation of the buildings used by our contractual partners, providing continuous service
  • tasks to be performed in order to ensure the optimal level of facility management service conditions:
    • active participation in the professional correction of occurring problems and projects;
    • professional technical support for employees
    • preparation of budgets and price offers for the performance of renovation, investment and maintenance tasks, (TERC) procurement from external contractors, if the task cannot be performed with own labour force;
  • monitoring and optimizing the energy needs of facilities
  • operations management of operational personnel
  • keeping in touch with customers, partners, public utility service providers, territorially competent authorities in the implementation of the given project

REQUIREMENTS:

  • building service engineer
  • building service technician
  • mechanical engineering or mechanical plant engineer
  • relevant building operations or building service engineer coordinator management experience
  • agility, good communication skills
  • flexible, open and problem-solving personality
  • willingness to take responsibility, loyalty
  • ability to work independently, precisely
  • computer skills
  • category B driving license
